General Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and Payment Terms
   Services are provided at a pre-agreed rate.  All payments are due in arrears following each session.
    

2. Cancellation Policy

   • If a lesson is cancelled by the Student’s Parent/Guardian/Representative with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged.

   • If the Tutor is required to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Tutor will reimburse an amount equivalent to the cost of the full session.

   • Both the Tutor and the Student’s Parent/Guardian/Representative reserve the right to terminate any further sessions at any time, without the need to provide a reason, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
      

3. Academic Outcomes and Liability

   • The Tutor makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or grades as success depends on various factors, including the Student’s own efforts and engagement, the specific requirements of the course or exams and external factors beyond the Tutor’s reasonable control.

   • While the Tutor will make reasonable efforts to support the Student’s progress, the Tutor cannot be held liable for the academic success or otherwise of the Student.

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tutor accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, whether foreseeable or not, including any consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Tutor’s services or any errors or omissions in the content of the Tutor’s learning materials.
      

4. Agreement to Terms
   By engaging with these services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Please note that these terms may be updated from time to time.  It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain comfortable with any changes.
